We are excited to announce a new game called Road to White House.

Barack Obama’s election as the 44th US President is truly a history making event.  Now you can relive this historical event.  Better yet, we donate a portion of the proceeds from this game to Project Vote, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that devotes its effort to voter registration, especially among the low-income and minority voters.  So you can continue to make real change while playing this game.

This game is inspired by a classic Chinese block game called Huarongdao （华容道） The idea is pretty simple.  The main character, Mr. Obama in this case, is blocked by various foes.  You need to move these road bloacks around to make way for Mr. Obama so he can reach his desitny - the White House.  There is no straight path to vitory, so you have to move things around, taking detours, some times even back steps, in order to bring Mr. Obama to the White House.

Kind of like Politics in real life, isn’t it?

Pipe Dream has been out on AppStore for almost a week. We have received a number of feedback. We also talked to folks who has downloaded and played this game. Here are the top two that I am planning to put into the next version of Pipe Dream:

1. Allow marbles to drop into opposite side of plate. Currently there is an invisible wall separating the marbles coming out of each end of the pipes. Breaking this wall will allow players to make up for mistakes made tilting the pipe.

2. The game is a bit hard to master, so increase the life can be earned in the earlier rounds to allow more playing time.

Any other suggestions? We are thinking refreshing the game by mid Jan. so would love to hear more from all of you who have played this game.
